Processing & Shipping


The following information is a guide to the processing and delivery of your order.

  • This Parts Catalog is made available as a service to our customers only.
  • It pertains to models sold in the United States only.
  • Confirm brand, line, year, model and part numbers with our Parts Department if you are unsure before ordering. In other words, send us an email with any questions.
  • Some older parts displayed in these sections are no longer available. If item reads "out of stock", it is currently not available.
  • Most parts will ship within 5 - 8 business days.


Shipping Origin:

Most items are shipped from our facility in New York. Some items ship direct from the manufacturer or distributor. Items shipped from locations other than our own facility may incur longer delivery times.

Processing & Handling Time:

Orders received are typically processed within 5 to 8 business days, not including weekends or any legal Holidays. Most orders will ship withing 72 hours, but additional time may be required.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are actually received the next business day. This means that an order placed on Friday night will be received on Monday morning, and then processed and shipped within the 5 to 8 days specified.

Standard Ground Shipping:

The shipping carrier for most orders to the Continental U.S.A. is the US Postal Service, First Class and Priority Mail options only. Parcel Post is NOT used due to delivery time. Some shipments may be delivered by UPS or FedEx at our discretion.

US Postal Service is the only method is available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and International addresses. UPS and FedEx are cost prohibitive to these locations.

These shipping methods are the only shipping methods available. Delivery Confirmation is used on all shipments.


Oversize Items:

Some oversized and/or overweight items will incur an additional $3.00 fee.

This Fee is added into the item shipping information and automatically inserted prior to checkout.



International Shipping:

We will ship most items to an International address. Please note that we do not have the option for International shipping in the order system as the International Postage rates received in real time from the Postal Service website are inaccurate. Most times the fee amount is greatly exaggerated. In order to prevent overcharges, we request you contact us regarding the item(s) you need and your location. We can then provide you with an accurate shipping fee.

Shipping Restrictions:

Not all Shipping Methods are available for all shipping addresses. If unsure you can send us an email for available Shipping Methods for your address.

All orders containing Hazardous Materials have restrictions. See below for details.


Hazardous Materials

Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., spray paint, chemicals, oils, polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals).

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses.

All orders containing Hazardous Materials will incur an additional fee of $ 5.00 for processing as many items require double packaging. HAZMAT must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping and cannot be shipped via Air. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or any APO/ FPO and International addresses.


Out of Stock, Back Orders:

We strive to have all items listed in our Catalogs in stock and ready to ship. However, due to damaged or defective items, improper packaging, inventory discrepancies, manufacturer errors and other unforeseen issues - some items may not be immediately available at all times. Items out of Stock / Back Ordered will be automatically shipped as soon as the item becomes available. A Back Order memo will be issued with the order shipment with additional information. Items that are No Longer Available will be cancelled and credit issued.
